Raised in Salt Lake City, Kim recognizes the numerous benefits and intangible life that Utah has to offer its residents, from the amazing landscapes to its many cultural amenities. A Utah State University (Go Aggies) graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications, Kim is prepared to negotiate every deal as if it were her own. Kim’s contacts and lasting residency leverage her energy and passion, enhancing her client loyalty and satisfying repeat clients and referrals.
 
Kim joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties in 2005. She is a full-time licensed Real Estate Broker who also enjoys actively volunteering with the Utah Food Bank, traveling, and advocating for Human and Animal Rights causes. Kim has been married to her college sweetheart, Mike for over 30+ years. Together they have two adult children, Beau (Matt) and Broko, a darling Miniature Schnauzer named Duncan, and a beautiful Basset Hound named Maggie.
